Qualitative Feedback

An online questionnaire was sent to all participants after the event. Of the 292 students who participated, 190 completed the assessment questionnaire for a response rate of 65.1%.

 

 

 

 

CAS Outcome: Managing Personal Affairs

“Students will be able to articulate what a month of bills will potentially look like post-graduation”   

 

There was strong evidence that this learning outcome was attained:

  • After participating in the Real World Track, 36.4% of participants strongly agree and 60.4% agree (96.8% total) that they are able to articulate what a month of bills will potentially look like post-graduation.

  • After participating in the College Track, 33.3% of participants strongly agree and 58.3% agree (91.6% total) that they are able to articulate what a semester's worth of expenses will look like.

“Students will be more likely to strategize ways in which they can effectively budget their money in life after college”

 

There was strong evidence that this learning outcome was attained:

  • After attending the Trinity University Game of Life Financial Literacy Initiative event, results indicate that 44.2% of participants strongly agree and 48.9% agree (93.1% total) that they are more likely to strategize ways in which they can effectively budget money in the future.
